- Develop key account business plan for implementation and effective sales operation at key account to gain the sales performance
- Ensure efficient budget spending for having good profitability at key account
- Prepare realistic key account sales forecast by each account
- Collaborate closely with marketing team to ensure product availability and set promotion activity plan
- Managing the administration function of key account business
- Convert the plans into convincing selling progress for the account
- Negotiate and close trading term with each and every account on an annual basis
- Develop and implement the sales strategy per account in alignment with the Company’s strategic objective and manage key account & distributor relationship on an ongoing basis
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- GPA min 3.00 / 4.00
- Have minimum 2 years experience in Key Account or the related filed
- Skill : Good communication, Negotiation skills, Sales target oriented, High enthusiasm, Creative, Good motivation, Microsoft Office.
- Having driving license (SIM A)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Lodan (Ancol).
