One of our founders, REWORK is looking for Personal Assistant.


Corporate Personal Assistant positions demand competence and skill at performing the following duties:

  • Planning and organising meetings and schedules,
  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries for work and family
  • Attending meetings on your boss's behalf and able to extract important information and follow up
  • Taking action points and writing minutes,
  • Preparing papers for meetings,
  • Planning, organising and managing events,
  • Conducting research as requested (has to be internet savvy),
  • Drafting communications on your boss's behalf,
  • Preparing presentations (must be savvy at Power Point),
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
  • Managing projects as directed

Act as an assistant for property management project:

Every 3-6 months:

  • Review and ensure rental agreement is comprehensive and complete, every time new tenants come based on template
  • Keep a checklist of inventories for each rented apartment and do physical checks when tenants come and go
  • Keep files on all rental agreements and update as necessary
  • Ensure rental payments are paid on time and file Pph on rental income:
  • Keep track and ensure all utility payments are made
  • All apartments not rented need to be posted every other weeks (1st and 3rd of Month) and followed up until they are all rented out


  • Every quarter, update transaction and market prices on existing property
  • File all maintenance work and costs on all rental properties and report
  • Make a list of Real Estate prices based on requests on potential area and update them as requested


  • Sourcing, ordering, and manage household groceries and supplies as directed
  • Take and pick up kids to and from school if necessary
  • File and organize all family medical expenses and travel, maintain reimbursements files and get reimbursements when necessary

Personal Assistants are calm under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet in a crisis. You will be assisting a couple of Founders and CEO for work and household related tasks. You have to be adaptable and be ready to accommodate special projects and deal with shifting priorities. You have to be willing to work outside of office hours and on weekends if necessary.

The person working in this position has to be nimble enough to work in a team and also work independently directly under CEO.

Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of the PA role.

One of the most important requirements for this position is IT literacy. At the very least, you have to have advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint. And at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Minimum GPA 3.5 from reputable university of D3 Secretary
  • Strong analytical skills and are savvy with Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a PA for Manager level or above
