In your new role you will drive manufacturing capacity improvement and co-ordinate with relevant departments to realize goal, support financial costing in providing actual versus forecast loading assessment on monthly and during Financial Rolling Forecast (FRFC) cycles, analyze and optimize capacity bottleneck in relation with Infineon Lean Planning system on weekly commitment basis.

Job description
In your new role you will:

  1. Drive manufacturing capacity improvement and co-ordinate with relevant departments to realize goal.
  2. Analyze and optimize capacity bottleneck in relation with Infineon Lean Planning system on weekly commitment basis.
  3. Take the lead in capacity expansion, transfers and ramp up projects.
  4. Support financial costing in providing actual versus forecast loading assessment on monthly and during Financial Rolling Forecast (FRFC) cycles.
  5. Assess mid-term demand-capacity on quarterly basis and derive strategies to optimize assets.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years in Resources Planning, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, knowledge/experience in semiconductor Backend Testing is preferable.
  3. Highly motivated & having good communication skills in English for both written and spoken.
  4. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
  5. Analytical and problem solving skills.
