Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for overall customer service process and ensure customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction experiences)
  • Responsible for operational operational and administrative services such as refund, redeem, top up, change / loan / cancellation policy
  • To verify the payment and inputting the data in the system
  • Helping all agency administration

Requirements :

  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): communication, administration activity, MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Raden Saleh (Cikini)
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
