A human resources (HR) management professional with at least six years’ experience Stong recruitment, HR policy, Hotel needs - training and development and CSR for the job of Human Resources Manager. The job is will be based in Sumbawa, NTB, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include:
Hiring team, leading administrative processes, ensure compliance with local laws to ensure compliance
Develop HR processes and policies
Employee retention, engagement, training, development, compensation and benefits, recruitment
Report to Head OF HR & CEO/Owner of group
Develop a comprehensive training and development program.
Motivate and lead employees
Build relationships with local communities – strong IR aspect will be required
Enhance the performance of the group from the HR perspective.
Proven track record of involvement in dynamic HR roles
Strong track record in industrial relations, recruitment, OD, and C&B
Experience in growing a company’s HR function would be advantageous.
Strong ability in leadership, communications, negotiations, and motivating workers.
Willing to relocate or commute to Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
