Comming from business hopitality busines experineces . A human resources (HR) management professional with at least six years’ experience Stong recruitment, HR policy, Hotel needs - training and development and CSR for the job of Human Resources Manager. The job is will be based in Sumbawa, NTB, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include:
  • Hiring team, leading administrative processes, ensure compliance with local laws to ensure compliance
  • Develop HR processes and policies
  • Employee retention, engagement, training, development, compensation and benefits, recruitment
  • Report to Head OF HR & CEO/Owner of group
  • Develop a comprehensive training and development program.
  • Motivate and lead employees
  • Build relationships with local communities – strong IR aspect will be required
  • Enhance the performance of the group from the HR perspective.
Job requirements:
  • Proven track record of involvement in dynamic HR roles
  • Progressive outlook
  • Strong track record in industrial relations, recruitment, OD, and C&B
  • Experience in growing a company’s HR function would be advantageous.
  • Strong ability in leadership, communications, negotiations, and motivating workers.
  • Willing to relocate or commute to Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
