  • Maintaining current revenue through client retention program
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-parties as required during project pitch and/or execution
  • Preparing ground handling proposal including charges calculation and agreement
  • Preparing material for negotiation including complain/compliment, historical background for prospective customer and current customer during renewal
  • Responsible for input process, maintaining, reviewing, and keeping Customer Master Data and documents for Oracle/EBS and JAS Cargo System (JACS)
  • Maintaining and ensuring correct 100% Price Master File input in the JAS Billing System (JABS)
  • Assisting related department in investigating and handling complain
  • Work on many data streams and many deadlines. Being able to juggle it all is crucial to the job


  • Minimum 4 years experience (preferably in marketing & public relations / aviation industry)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business /Management/ Aviation / International Relations
  • Positive self starter and flexible (Outgoing person)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer orientation – easy going and adaptable with hard person/client
  • Must have strong analytical skills to understand clients’ requirements and translate them into well-structured projects’ briefs
  • Proficient in English (Verbal and Written) or any other language will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient in computer literature (MS Office is compulsory, the other ability will be considered as a plus)
  • Willing to work as a team
  • Tough mentality, able to work under pressure and able to work independently
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
