- Monitor and maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as turnover, indisciplinary action, Manpower
- Monitor & update compensation and benefit and income tax implementation based on government regulation
- Do compensation & benefit process for salary payment
- Monitor HR SOP implementation regarding to compensation & benefit and Industrial Relation Coordinate with actuarial consultant for pension fund allocation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
- Honest and realible person to kept company confidential data
