Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management to ensure the quality of food and beverage, and to provide efficient with professional service as the hotel standards
  • Plans, controls and co-ordinates the food and beverage organization and activity, control profit and lost statement, minimize the expenses with the objective to maximize profit, manage the food and beverage operational according to the standards, also manage the guest and colleagues with respect and team work to deliver the highest quality of services


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): Discreation, Discipline, Good Communication Skill, Analytical Thinking, Humility Serving
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialize in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
