Responsible for the overall management to ensure the quality of food and beverage, and to provide efficient with professional service as the hotel standards
Plans, controls and co-ordinates the food and beverage organization and activity, control profit and lost statement, minimize the expenses with the objective to maximize profit, manage the food and beverage operational according to the standards, also manage the guest and colleagues with respect and team work to deliver the highest quality of services
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
