Tentang Pekerjaan

  • Respond to customer inquiry on all online channels: phone call, email, web chat, markeplace discussion and social media
  • Assist customer with product selection, making order and answers basic questions
  • Follow up customer before, during and after sales to provide exceptional customer services
  • Speak with empathy and concern in a calm, enthusiastic, and friendly tone of voice
  • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by coordinating/escalating to other team according to defined procedures
  • Answer time must be less than 5 minutes (20s for phone call)
  • Log inquiries and follow ups in ticketing system


  • High school degree or equivalence
  • 6 months customer service working experience
  • Like to help and assist people in resolving their issues
  • Have empathy and concern toward others
  • Basic computer skills and using Microsoft office applications
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Average english reading and writing skill is a plus
  • Familiar with inquiry, buying and selling on e-commerce sites or market place is a plus
  • Knowledge in industrial products is a plus
