Position 1: HR Manager

Job Description:

  1. Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
  2. Creating and revising job descriptions
  3. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  4. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  5. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  6. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  7. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling

Basic Requirements:

  1. Male/Female, 3 years related experience above
  2. Be familiar with recruitment, salary, and training.
  3. Having related resource and Internet company work experience preferred
  4. Good English required
  5. Good mandarin is a plus.
