Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and build new leads for SuperAnt platform through internet and canvassing.
  • Provide end to end sales support for Business team
  • Participate in daily group meeting to keep team members in track of the progress.
  • Tabulate all call responses – analyze the bounce rate, acceptance rate and rejection rate.
  • Follow-up with prospect and identify positive & negative remarks to facilitate improvements in call satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that foster collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Able to operate Ms. Office and Google Drive.
  • Strong people and relationship management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated individuals who loves working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Team player that enjoys working in energetic environment.
  • Master at multitasking.
