This position plays a strategic role, overseeing the creation of program, content, materials, method and training implementation that will impact to behaviour changing and productivity increasement. This role demands the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, while handling multiple projects.

Responsbilities :
  1. Identifying and assessing current and future training needs
  2. Drawing an overall or individualized training & development plan
  3. Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  4. Conduct effective induction and orientation program for new employee
  5. Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report them
  6. Manage training budget
  7. Provide opportunities for ongoing developement
  8. Maintainan a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  9. Manage overseas training
Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from reputable manufacture or FMCG industries with company size more than > 5000 employee
  3. Required Skill(s): Training management, People Development
  4. Fluent in English
